When you purchase a rental investment property you make money by leasing your rental property; and when conditions are right, selling your property. But we are here to discuss the leasing part, and what we offer you as a landlord.
You spent your hard worked money on an investment property and now you want to gain from the rewards of your hard work. To do so, you have to get the property rented or leased by a tenant who will pay promptly and not cause damage to your property. Our marketing, internet exposure, mls listing, tenant screening and team of real estate agents can help you find just the right tenant for your rental property.
Once we find a great tenant, we now need a lease.
In short as lease is a contract calling for the lessee (user) to pay the lessor (owner) for use of an asset. In this case the asset is your income producing rental property. Most residential leases are written for a period of one year.
Along with the lease we need to secure a security deposit, and in most cases a first and last month rental value.
For more information on leasing your rental property give our office a call or complete the form below and one of our professional real estate agents will contact you shortly.
